Processing of personal data in accordance with EU regulations
Information on the processing of personal data of data subjects pursuant to Sections 19 and 20 of Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter the “Act”) and Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”)

Your personal data are processed exclusively in accordance with applicable legislation. We process personal data only with the client’s consent. It is solely up to the client to decide whether or not to give consent to the extent proposed by us. Giving consent is completely voluntary, and consent once given can be withdrawn at any time. We are bound by the scope of the consent given and fully respect it.
1. Purpose of processing
We will process your personal data for the purpose of handling your offers, inquiries and ordered services, for invoicing, or for inclusion in our database of job applicants.

We process the following customer data, which are necessary for providing the ordered services and which you provide to us knowingly:

- street and house number

- company ID (IČO)
- tax ID (DIČ)

3. Retention period
Your personal data will be securely stored, processed and archived for the purpose of keeping accounting records and documents for a period of 10 years from the last order (pursuant to Section 35 of Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, as amended).

6. Right of access to data
The user of the website has the right to obtain information about the purpose and scope of the processing of their personal data.
7. Right to data portability
The controller is obliged to provide the data subject with all information processed about them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. By exercising this right, the user gains control over their personal data and may also transfer the data obtained in this way to another controller.
8. Right to rectification
If the user suspects that the stored data are incorrect, they have the right to ask the controller to correct them. Please contact us for any changes to your data.
9. Right to restriction of processing
The user has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of their personal data, make selected personal data inaccessible or temporarily remove published data.
10. Right to erasure
The user has the right to have their personal data erased without undue delay if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed and the legal grounds for their archiving no longer apply. Upon a request for erasure, all data will be irreversibly deleted and any related orders anonymised.
11. Right to be forgotten
The user has the right to have reasonable steps taken, including technical measures, to erase all links to their personal data and any copies of them, if the legal grounds for their archiving no longer apply.
12. Right to object
The user has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, in particular if they are unable to exercise the right to erasure.
13. Right to lodge a complaint
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR.
14. Recording user requests
The controller is obliged to keep a record of all user requests relating to the retrieval, rectification and erasure of their data.
15. Ensuring data protection
We have modern technical and security mechanisms in place to protect the processed data against unauthorised access or transmission, loss or destruction, or any other possible misuse.
Without your consent and personal data, we will not be able to provide you with any services under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
